Spacious 12X12 & 14 X 22 Super Deluxe Box Stalls
Each stall is constructed of heavy duty 4 inch and 2-½ inch welded pipe with natural stain 2 inch tongue and groove yellow pine. Each stall is free of sharp corners and constructed without nails or screws for maximum safety. Stalls are designed so that each horse has a wide area of vision to minimize boredom and promote a quiet atmosphere.
Heated Facilities Barn & Arena
The show barn is fully insulated - ventilated and maintained at 58 degrees in the winter months for maximum comfort for the horse.
Automatic Stainless Steel Watering Bowls
Fresh cool water is available to each horse via individual stainless steel watering bowls 24 hours a day.
Twice Daily Stall Cleaning
Each stall is meticulously cleaned twice daily to maximize comfort, eliminate odor and keep the horse clean every day. Several inches of fresh shavings are added on top of the rubber floor as required.
Grooming Area
A separate grooming area is provided to saddle, groom and care for your horse.High Performance Nutrition Program
A high performance nutrition program is provided to your horse and fed twice daily. Rations are adjusted according to performance requirements. Horses are fed only the highest quality second and third cutting alfalfa and timothy hay available.
100 X 200 Heated Indoor Riding Arena
A large indoor arena is attached to the barn to minimize exposure to the outside elements and provide maximum comfort to the horse and rider during the winter months.The state of the art arena floor is carefully constructed of packed and rolled stone dust, packed and rolled pure clay and topped with several inches of light sand to insure maximum comfort for the horse during heavy work outs and to minimize leg stress that occurs while training young horses.
The well-lighted arena is maintained above freezing in the winter months, well lighted and equipped with slow rotating ceiling fans for optimal ventilation.
120 X 200 Outside Arena
The large outside arena consists of a five board, sand based oval on six-foot post centers perfect for show preparation and training.55 FT Round pen

Rubber Floor & Sides
A large enclosed wash-rack is equipped with rubber cross-ties, rubber floor and rubber sides for maximum safety and comfort. Both hot and cold water is available for daily rinses or wash-downs after a heavy workout. The wash-rack is also equipped with an independent thermostatically controlled heater for drying the horse.
